Where do your seeds come from?

Most of our seeds are from Barcelona Breeders Group - a collective of licensed cultivators in Spain that has been developing hybrids and preserving land-race genetics since 1993. Partnerships with other major European names like Sensi Seeds and DNA Genetics has allowed BBG breeders access to dozens of exclusive cultivars, which they now use to offer some of the highest quality, high-yielding seeds both in Europe and the United States. We are confident that you will be extremely satisfied with the quality of genetics we carry!

Will these seeds grow plants containing THC?

All of our seeds come from and grow Hemp plants rich in THCA - a form of the compound found in many popular strains. 
THC or Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol as it's known scientifically and defined by governments, is not produced by our seeds.

Are your seeds guaranteed?

Yes! We are one of the few Seedbanks that offers an unconditional germination guarantee on all of our seeds. Most of our customers have 90-100% successful germination rate - if you purchase our seeds and follow our germination guide, we're confident that you will as well! If you are not satisfied with the results for any reason, please contact us and we will make it right.

We can ship to any US address EXCEPT for those in the following states: 
Hawaii
Kansas 
Kentucky

Outside of the US we do ship to most nations and localities, international shipping will be selected at checkout.

The 2018 USDA Farm Bill legalized production and distribution of Hemp in the United States - since our seeds do not contain THC, they are legally a hemp product. This is also in accordance with the most recent federal guidance published. Our seeds are legally distributed, and it is legal to purchase them and have them shipped in almost all states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

All seeds are also shipped in a plain brown envelope, with a disclaimer inside the package stating that seeds are legally hemp.
